CONCLUSION



To conclude, HRIS is very important to ensure the effectiveness of the employee management and useful in providing an employee with the learning development and also the opportunities to growth to a higher level in their career.  Thus, the implementation of we-based program can help the employee and organization to manage and organization their works.  Through the web-based employee learning and development, employee can learn and develop their career opportunities through the e-learning.  E-learning can be access anytime and anywhere that employee like.  Moreover, it also useful for the distance learning.  Other than that, there were also web-based occupational safety and health where through the web-based employee been given a to-do list of a compliance.  Thus, employee will less likely to be exposed to the hazard that harmful to them.  In addition, there were also web-based compensation and planning.  In this web-based the compensation will be manage, organized and process through the web-based.  Thus, the employer that consider with the development of the employee will see the important of the web-based for the employee development.  Other than employee development the welfare of employee also had been consider
