CONCLUSION
WEB-BASED COMPENSATION AND PLANNING
Most
employees are very considered with the compensation and benefits plan that an
organization offered. Nowadays, they not
only look at the compensation such as salary and wages but beyond that. The compensation such as recognition, security
and the bonuses also been considered.
In
addition, compensation and benefits is differing from each other. Compensation in financial term is the wages
and salary that been paid to employee for their work meanwhile in nonfinancial
form it is a forms of compensation that been offered to attract and retain and
attract the employee. However, benefits
are cash or non-cash offered in addition of compensation.
Thus,
in order to manage both compensation and benefits that been given to the
employee, an organization used the web-based compensation and benefits
planning. Therefore, both compensation
and benefits can be organized and easier the process of providing the compensation
and benefits to employee.
Web-
based compensation is an online approach that helps an organization to manage,
analyze, gather and store the information regarding the compensation. It is a web-based that provides a set of
secure regarding the web-bases payment, pension and also insurance application. In addition, when an organization had used
the web-based it can help the organization to view and access the pay,
insurance and pension information. Other
than that, it also enable the organization to view and print the payment that
been made.
In
addition, web-based benefits planning is been used to organize the benefits
planning in the organization by the combination between the human resources
information and payroll processing. For
examples of benefits are security, health insurance, pension and paid time
off. All of these benefits planning will
be organized through the online benefits planning.
Therefore,
a web- based compensation been applied in the organization. Through the web-based compensation
application several of things can be organized through it. In the web compensation application employee
can access the information regarding the payment, insurance and pension. Other than that, it also can be used to
manage the insurance coverage and estimate the regular net pay regarding several
of the career option. There are many
benefits that can be gain by using the web-based compensation and planning.

WEB-BASED OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH
Safety
and health is important to the employee in an organization. When there is accident and illness due to the
work it becomes a burden to the employee since it involve money or we can said
it costly for them. However, an
organization that consider about their employee safety and health will took an
action on how to manage the safety and health of the employee.
In
addition, it also beneficial for the company if the number of accident and
illness occurred at the workplace been reduced.
Thus, the organization can retain and remain their profit. Otherwise the company needs to bear with the
cost since if accident happened works must be stop for a while.
Occupational
safety and health involves policies and procedures that help an employee to
prevent them from being injured and becoming ill due to the hazards in the
workplace (Friend & Kohn, 2010). In the workplace employee been exposed to
many types of hazard that could bring harm to their safety and also
health. One of the hazards is the
physical and mechanical hazards. Machine, noise, temperature and also electricity
for examples. There were also
biological and chemical hazards which are bacteria, fungus, heavy metal and
also acids. Thus, an organization needs
to manage the safety and health at the workplace.
Before
this, an organization tends to send their employee to the workshop and seminar
to ensure the employee knows how to manage the safety and health at the
workplace. However with the application
of the web-based occupation safety and health, the safety and health can be
manage easier and faster. Furthermore,
it can ensure that every employee can be train by using the web based OSHA
expert compliance assistant system. The
system will help the employee by providing a to-do list to manage
compliance. Therefore, the risk to
expose to danger at the workplace can be reduced.
Other
than that, by using the web-based occupation and health in the organization
lots of time can be save. This is
because an organization does not need to had their employee to attained any
seminar or workshop in order to teach them about the safety and health at the workplace. Moreover, by installing the right web-based
occupation safety and health application it can ensure that every employee
understands on how to use the compliances at the workplace safely. Thus, they how important to work in a safety
environment.

Nowadays
most of the organization, colleges and universities started to use the online
learning as part of their course. This
is because through online learning the employee can access the internet
anywhere and anytime. Moreover, online
learning is cheap compare to sending he employee to a training program. Web-based employee learning also can be
called as the e-learning. E-learning
offers the employee the resources in online education, online learning and also
web-based training. In addition, the
sites offer a web that is useful for e-learning solution in development,
performance improvement and also employee training.
Furthermore,
web-based learning and development is useful to be used for the distance
learning. This is because through the
web employee will be able to access the internet and communicate with others
easier. Through the online learning
there are many benefits for the employee.
Furthermore, through the online learning employee will be provided the
opportunities to learn in home, workplace or even in community. Other that that, it is an effective method to
be used to teach and learn. It also
allows the employee to communicate and share the idea with others.
There
were many online learning programs that can be used by the organization to be
implementing in their organization.

used for employee learning management and career development. The modules enable the organization to create
a learning and development library with organization specific learning
activities internally or externally.
Other
than that, it also useful to manage employee personal development and career
development. In addition, for the
employee learning through the learning and development library, other learning
activities can be added to the employee personal development. The module is an add-on module for the
employee performance appraisal and also for the 360 feedback system.
In
organization, learning and development of employee is important to ensure the
employee knowledge, skill and ability to be developed to higher stages. This is because it is crucial for the
employee development and also beneficial to the organization. Therefore, organization must ensure that the
program that been used to be provided to the employee can be used and
understand by the employee. This is to
ensure that the employee can used the system successfully and can be
implementing in their learning development.

almost every organization uses technology in their business process. This is because technology changes had
influences the way an organization operates.

HRIS is very important in an organization.
HRIS is a software that help an organization to manage their human
resource, management, accounting activities and also the payroll either small
or big business sized. In addition, it
also been called as the Human Resource Management System and Human Resource
Informational system.
The
most effective HRIs is enables the manager to access the accurate job
requirement, internal and external labor sources. It also can help the manager to plan a long
and short-term HR management plans from the data and ensure it effectiveness.

CONCLUSION
To
conclude, HRIS play an important role in managing the human resource in the
organization. However to ensure it
effectiveness, manager must have the ability to extract the cost and all the
benefits from the staffing activities.
Therefore how the information can be used for competitive advantage, web
based self-service and also management in recruiting and staffing is a few from
the information that an HRIS experts must identified and implement it in the
organization. In order to compete with
other due to the technology changes manager must take a serious consideration
on those things. Other than that, the
technology system had brings an organization to a new ways to a new business
practices. Thus, organization must be
ready to adapt and use the new technology system and plan carefully on how to
use it. Otherwise, it can bring a
disaster to an organization because the management dose not knows how to use it
effectively.
HUMAN RESOURCE RECRUITING AND STAFFING
Changes
of technologies nowadays had change the way an organization manage their
employee. Therefore, in recruitment and
staffing process they had done it through technology system. Recruitment according to the business
dictionary meant the process to attract a qualified candidate with the right
skill from outside of company meanwhile staffing meant the selection and
training an individual with a specific job function and assign them with the
suitable responsibilities.
In
addition, nowadays most of the organization used E-recruitment system such as
jobstreet.com, monster.com and mystarjob.com in recruitment process. Through the e-recruitment candidate can
applied the job and employer can advertise their vacancies through
internet. In addition, an organization
can cut their budget on the advertisement and can get a large number of
candidates in short time. Other that
that, it also helps the employer to make the selection process easier and
candidate can know the vacancies in the organization quickly.
Moreover,
through HRIS recruitment can be done faster because it helps an organization to
stimulate the changes in organization and conditions and as a result personnel
need in the future can be determined. Therefore, HRIS expert need to understand
the uses of internet for recruitment and selection in order to provide
information to the company and uses it to demonstrate the company investment
assessment.
However,
in selection there had been a few technological issues arise. One of it is the uses of computerized and
conventional assessment to be used in ability test. However, the uses of computer is more quickly
to test the ability test since computer can assess many people in a short time
rather than using the manual to process the test that been made in the paper. Another issue is the unproctored
(unsupervised) testing. Most company use
the online testing to assess their employee, therefore the possibilities for
unproctored issues is high. Thus,
company cannot identified either the employee identity is valid or not since
the employee had gone the test without been supervise.
In
addition, the HRIS expert plays an important role in solve the problem by using
the technology, make decision and use the e-recruitment system in order to
ensure that the right people been choose to work with the organization. Thus, it can provide the organization with an
effective system that allows the process of recruiting and staffing is quicker
and faster.
