INTRODUCTION


I'm Nur Farhana .  Now i'm studying at UTM in Human Resource Development.  HRIS is one of the subject that i had took. Nowadays almost every organization uses technology in their business process.  This is because technology changes had influences the way an organization operates.  In addition, it is important for the manager to have the knowledge on the new technology system and how it can be used in the organization. 
Therefore, HRIS is very important in an organization.  HRIS is a software that help an organization to manage their human resource, management, accounting activities and also the payroll either small or big business sized.  In addition, it also been called as the Human Resource Management System and Human Resource Informational system. 
The most effective HRIS is enables the manager to access the accurate job requirement, internal and external labor sources.  It also can help the manager to plan a long and short-term HR management plans from the data and ensure it effectiveness.
